Refund policy

Returns

Evolve PMU has a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (7 days is calculated from the date USPS or DHL delivered your package, not the date you opened it.)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, labels/stickers intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at nellie@shopevolvepmu.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted or get a refund. The cost of shipping to return your package will be subtracted from the value of the return.

Value of return will be issued as store credit in a form of an e-gift card. Refund will not be given back in any other way. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After the 7 day return period has passed you acknowledge that there were no issues or damage in your order.


Final Sale Products

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned, like ebooks, digital products, gift cards, and products purchased on sale or with a free gift card. Please get in touch with me at nellie@shopevolvepmu.com or on Instagram at @evolvepmu if you have questions or concerns about any specific item.


Exchanges

No exchanges are excepted at this time. Another option you have if you are unhappy with a product is to return the item you are unsatisfied with, within the 7 day return period and reorder the correct product you want from the website. 


Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit in the form of an e-gift card. An email with the e-gift card information will be emailed to you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
